Oleksiy Chernyshov

Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine

Born in 1977 in Kharkiv city.

In 1977 graduated from Kharkiv University for Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy”, majoring in “Business economics”

In 2002 graduated Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, majoring in “Laws”

In 1999 completed course certified by Project Management Institute (Pennsylvania, USA)

In 1998 worked in Telesens company, the provider of enterprise level software products and solutions for telecom and other business domains

In 2012 established investment and development company Eastgate Development whose activity focused on the commercial real estate large-scale projects and attraction of investments to Ukraine and stabilization of investment climate in the country.

In 2014 established investment company VI2 Partners. The offices of the company are represented in Kyiv and Vienna.

In 2014 established Kyiv Vision Foundation, company dealing in investments attraction, culture projects support, promoting Ukraine in Europe through the modern Ukrainian art potential.  

In 2017 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ukrainian real estate club URE Club.

In 2018 initiated the establishment of Real Estate Management School. The project is the first joint project with the URE Club and International Institute

From October 28, 2019 to March 4, 2020 – Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration

From March 4, 2020 – Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.

 Married. Has two sons.
